Proposals are hereby invited for the following: Provision of leased office accommodation and parking facilities for the ZA Domain Name Authority (ZADNA) for a period of 3-5 years. Required: - Province: Gauteng; - Areas: Midrand or Centurion; - Office Size: 550m²; - Covered Parking Bay: 15; - Occupation Date: 01 September 2023. Scope: 1. Building Grading: - The office space must be the same/similar to a Grade “A” or “B” building (in accordance with the South African Property Owners Association"s Grading system); 2. Offices and Partitions: - The office space will be required to be remodelled to ZADNA specifications and interior changes made where soundproof partition walls shall be used to divide the total floor area of the building into office and other areas required; 3.
