Addendum: Amendment to the Tender Documents: Bids are hereby invited for the following: Appointment of a multidisciplinary professional team for the construction of a paediatric ward at Kwamagwaza Hospital. Scope of Works of the Construction Project: The construction process takes shape long before that initial excavated scoop of dirt, once an order has been issued, then begins the contractual obligations as stated in the contract agreement. The site is then handed over to the service provider where the site office will be established as required. Throughout the construction process through corroboration between the client, principal agent and contractor, according to the extent of services rendered correctly, interim payments will be issued to the contractor. The following items is the works that will occur once site is established and all team members are orientated: - HAST building renovation and decanting of paediatric ward; - Land surveying for existing services as well as establishing foundation levels; - Bulk excavations for strip foundations and stockpiling excavated materials if legible for reuse.
