Specifications: Supply, install and commission an auto change over, 0-2kg/hr, gas chlorination system in a lockable fiberglass containers comprised of the following equipment for Albany Coast RO Plant: - Change over demand valves; - S10K vacuum regulators (built in auto change over unit); - 70kg wall mounted heated liquid trap manifolds; - 1.5 Flexible connections; - 0-2kg/hr manual flow controller assembly with glass; - 19mm injectors; - 70kg platform scales with remote digital display; - Dual gas leak detection system (2 x Sensors) with siren and strobe; - Platform scales with ramp and remote smart indicators; - Booster pumps complete with no flow switches, control panel, pipes and accessories; - Manually operated extractor fan with manual (on/off); - Backing Board to house equipment mounted in safe side; - Full set of chlorine room safety signage; - Chlorine Safety Equipment Box complete with safety equipment (mask, canisters, gloves, lead washers and chlorine leak test bottle; - Internal lights; - Distribution box; - Plugs; - Operation and maintenance manual; - All pre wired, piped and cabled in self contained compartmentalised lockable container ready for simple connection of water and power supply.
