Operational and Capital Budgets: - A status on the equipment via a RAG (Red, Amber, and Green) priority identification status table must be applied on the reporting to indicate the level of inefficiency of all relevant equipment. A plan for the remediation of these items must be part of the report (inclusive of proposed/budget costs); - A budget plan must be developed, covering the assets to be replaced along with their budgeted costs.
