Special conditions: • Based on the desk positions on certain windows requires block out and cut out the glare on a screen where the sun is intense, other areas the sunshade is fine as it cuts out a bit of the light, • Blinds needs to be installed on ceiling and not on the aluminium frame of the facade/window, • A sample of the exact (as demonstrated at the site briefing) sunshade material and blackout material must be provided and it should be at least piece must not be less than 300mm by 300mm, • The colour must be grey black for the sunshade and grey for the blackout, this is the standard approved colour and that other colours would not be considered, • The mechanism to operate the blinds (chain and bracket) is to be black in colour.
