Fitted with a fully sealed Automatic Voltage Regulator(AVR) that incorporates the following: - ±1% voltage regulator, - Under speed protection, - Short circuit current level adjustment, - Maximum excitation & loss of sensing protection, 3. The alternator must be run at 1500rpm and produce a constant three phase/single phase 400/231 volt (AC) voltage at 50hz at an efficiency output of least 0.8 p, The automatic transfer switching arrangements in case of the main power supply failure will mainly comprise the automatic mains failure control system for engine protection and lists as follows: 1. 3 x ammeters with ring type c.t, 2. High Engine Temperature (HET) shutdown protection with indicator, 3. 1 x frequency indicator, 4. Low Oil Pressure (LOP) shutdown with indicator, 5. 1 x voltage indicator, 6. Battery charge light with indicator, 7. 1 x hour run indicator, 8. Genset stop/ reset push buttons, 9. Genset selector switches (off/auto/run/test), 10. 1 x battery ammeter, 11. Set of motorized changeover (Electrically & Mechanically interlocked), 12. 1 x battery charger (automatic), 13. 3 pole air circuit breakers with overload & short circuit protection, 14. All panels are manufactured from 1.6mm cold rolled sheet metal, corrosion treated and powder coated to ensure a longer life span, Base frame and fuel tank: 1. Must be all steel fabricated rigid steel base incorporating a 15 hour capacity fuel tank, 2. Fuel filler/strainer/breather cap, drain plug & fuel supply and return lines and fittings must be supplied, 3. Suitably rated anti-vibration mountings must be fitted to absorb vibration, 4. Engine and alternator must directly be coupled by means of high quality flexible disc, Accessories: 1. 1x set of instruction manuals including all circuit diagrams, 2. Recommended service intervals and critical parts to be replaced each service intervals, Weather and sound proof canopy: 1. All steel fabricated from heavy gauge sheet metal, threaded and powder and coated for longer life span, 2. Unit must be designed for interior installation and also vermin proof, 3. Must have a large removable inlet and outlet louver which ensures sufficient cooling of generator, 4. The access doors for purposes of servicing and maintaining of the generator must be hinged, heavy-duty, and lockable, 5. All instrumentation must be made visible through a shatterproof glass hinged door fitted in front of the control panel, 6. The exhaust bellow must be fitted to engine exhaust manifold to absorb any vibration which may cause damage. (EN)
