Re-advertisement: Quotations are hereby invited for the following: Building repairs and maintenance services for PPECB Plattekloof Head Office for a period of three years, with an option to extend for a further 24 months. The scope of services for general building repairs and maintenance listed below includes, but is not limited to the following: i. Structural maintenance (building fabric, roof); ii. Waterproofing; iii. Painting (inside and outside); iv. Boundary maintenance (there may be instances where we may have to do work on council property/across boundary lines); v. Plumbing; vi. Carpentry/shopfitting; vii. Keys/replacements (doors, cupboards, credenzas, etc); viii. Window cleaning – working at heights (rate per windowpane); ix. Landscaping and garden services; x. General building repairs and maintenance; xi. Door and window repairs; xii. Glazing/profiling; xiii. Gate automation – repairs, maintenance and replacement to electronic gates, motors, battery replacement; xiv. Flooring (tiling, carpets, leaks etc.) rate per square meter; xv. Air-conditioning maintenance, repairs and servicing (40 x aircon units) under ceilings cassette (6), hideaways (1), midwalls splits (33); two times minor service and one-time major servicing; xvi. Electrical services, included but not limited to the following: a) Electrical set up and re-wiring; b) Electrical panel installation, upgrading and replacement; c) Surge protection; d) Outlet installation and repairs; e) All lighting requirements – fixture installations, replacement, and repair; f) Building electrical repairs and maintenance; g) Electrical Compliance Certificates (COC) – certificate of compliance; h) Ad-hoc repairs; i) Emergency call-out fees; j) After-hours call-out fees.
