Quotations are hereby invited for the following: Provision and maintenance of hygiene services to Amatola Water premises for the period of 12 months. Scope of work: Services are required for the following: • Installation and maintenance of air-freshener dispensers (monthly refill); • Installation and maintenance of paper towel dispensers; • Installation and maintenance of POM-wipe dispenser monthly; • Installation and maintenance of urinal surface sanitizers; • Installation and maintenance of SHE-bins (bi-weekly); • Installation and maintenance of SHE-packet dispensers; • Installation and maintenance of soap dispensers (Bi-weekly); • Supply and cleaning of mats (900mm x 1400mm) (Bi-weekly service). These services will be required at all Amatola water sites as follows: • Albany Coast - Kenton on Sea (25km from Port Alfred or 157km from EL); • Binfield Plant - 35Km from Alice; • Debe WTW - Debeneck (45Km from King Williams town towards Alice); • Glenmore WTW - 50Km from Peddie; • Amatola Water Head Office - 6 Lancaster Road Vincent East London; • Water Resources Office - 3 Lancaster Place, Vincent, East London; • Peddie WTW - 20KM from Peddie; • Laing Dam WTW - 15 km from King Williams town; • Masincedane Plant - 5km from Keiskammahoek; • Mnyameni Plant - 20Km from Keiskammahoek; • Nahoon Dam Complex - 25 Km from East London towards (King Williams town); • Sandile WTW - 70 km from King Williams town towards Alice); • Gubu Dam - 110km from East London through Stutterheim; • Wriggleswade Dam - 85km from East London to Kei Road; • Any other sites that may be identified during the contract period.
