Develop detailed estimates of employment opportunities within each sector; 3. Identify gaps and challenges for potential employers to identify and retain quality employees; 4. Identify specific partners (including schools, NGOs, employers) with interest in providing opportunities to trained youth who experience systemic inequalities and discrimination, including in the green economy; 5. Document platforms/mechanisms that will most effectively facilitate linkages between employers and trained youth; 6. Document market gaps/opportunities for introducing innovative models for creating alternative employment pathways; 7. Be gender-responsive by identifying the ways in which gender and social inequalities impact access to employment opportunities, career aspirations and decision-making power, employment trends, and people’s employment experiences. The Study team will be required to undertake consultation with SCSA at the commencement of the programme in order to further refine the Study questions.
