Quotations are hereby invited for the following: Preferred supplier for catering services at SANSA Hermanus. Scope: SANSA requires a service provider to supply catering and related services for a period of 12 months. The majority of the catering and related services will be required at the Hermanus site for events such as: • Training courses, • School Visits, • Workshops, • Stakeholder Events, • VIP Events. Some of the catering services will be required at other surrounding sites such as: • Houwteq (45 KMs from SANSA SS Hermanus), • Various areas within the Western Cape, • Should the required sites be outside the radius of where the supplier is able to cater themselves, they may make use of other local caterers in the respective areas. However, the service provider should ensure the same quality of service is delivered. Catering and related services to include the following but not limited to: • Snack Packs (can comprise of sandwiches, muffins, fruit, snack bar, juice, chips), • Light lunches, • Breakfast meals, • Dinner meals, • Finger food and platters, • Refreshments (can comprise of water, juice, coffee, tea), • Setting up for events timeously, • Supply of cutlery and crockery, • The successful bidder will be required to provide SANSA with different menu options, • Catering, service and clean up assistance during events and after, as and when required.
