Bids are hereby invited from capable services providers for the appointment of a service provider for social night market event organisers for City of Mbombela. Scope: 1. Identification and invite (25 minimum) relevant exhibitors for the event e.g.: • Food vendor; • Crafters; 2. Procure service of steel stage delivery and set up: • Steel (per deck 1.2m x 2.4) height choice of 600mm; • Large PA Sound System with all relevant speakers; • 1 x DJ’s to entertain during the event. Must be able to play versatile genres; 3. Design, print and distribute poster for the event: • 25 x Promotional A2 posters; • 225 x Promotional A5 posters; • Distribute the above in strategic areas to market the event in and around the surrounding areas within the City of Mbombela; 4. Procure two (2) 4m x 4m gazebos branded with City of Mbombela logo (NB the gazebos will remain the property of the City of Mbombela); 5. Transporting the gazebos, 50 chairs and promotional material from City of Mbombela to the venue (Mbombela Stadium or Brown Street) and back to the City of Mbombela offices; 6. Procure service of 3 security and 3 car-marshals personnel to assist during the event; 7. Provisioning of power generator to be use in the event; 8. Procure the service of event host / Master of Ceremony for the event; 9. Provide 4 x VIP toilet; 10. Set up a stretch tent with chair/couches that sit 50 people; 11. Catering for 50 people providing platters, soft drinks, snacks and water 12. Market the event on digital platform or social media.
