Quotations are hereby invited from service providers for the following: Painting of new office space at Ushaka Marine World. Scope of Work: - Surface preparation of all walls, doors and trims inclusive of filling of any holes and cracks in the office area; - Remove all pictures and frames at set aside; - Apply a minimum of 2 coats of low sheen water based interior paint to all interior walls to ensure full colour coverage is achieved (paint colour to be provided by client); - Apply a minimum of 1 primer coat and thereafter a minimum of 2 coats of water based door trim enamel paint to all doors and skirtings; - Ensure full colour coverage is achieved; - Sand and apply 2 coats of varnish to the small wooden hand rails.
