Re-Advertisement: Bids are hereby invited for the following: Coffee Bay SAPS: Condition based maintenance on building, civil, structural and electrical elements of the Police Station. Scope of Work: The project deliverables are as follows: • The erection of temporary facilities including connection of services; a) Supply and Erect Prefabricated Toilets, Unit size: 3600 x 3050 x 3000mm high; b) Supply and Erect Prefabricated Boardroom, Unit size: 9600 x 3050 x 3000mm high; c) Supply and Erect Prefabricated Two Bedroom Sleeper, Unit size: 12000 x 3050 x 3000mm high; d) Supply and Erect Prefabricated Office Unit size 15600 x 3400 x 3000mm high; • Commissioning, decanting, and decommissioning of the above Prefabricated structures; • Repairs and renovation of existing charge office, staff offices block, detectives and supply chain block, official’s residences, cell block, generator room and utility room; • Reinstatement of rainwater harvesting goods; • Storm water drainage management and related services; • Re-gravelling of roadways and parking area; • Electrical maintenance and compliance including fire equipment; • Mechanical maintenance and compliance including fire equipment; • Access ramps and staircases that will link the charge office to Barracks and two residential Houses; • New Perimeter Fencing; • Sewer Treatment Plant (BioRock).
