Scope: As part of its ongoing commitment to enhancing accessibility and engagement, Parliament is actively progressing towards expanding its 24-hour television broadcast to a free-to-air platform and embarking on the phased establishment of a dedicated radio channel. A pivotal milestone in achieving these objectives is the comprehensive development of broadcasting strategies for both the Parliamentary Television channel and the forthcoming Radio channel. In light of this, the selected contractor will be entrusted with a series of crucial responsibilities. These include conducting a thorough review and analysis of the existing 7th Parliament broadcasting services strategy, providing valuable insights to refine and enhance the strategy, and ultimately devising a comprehensive 5-year implementation plan.
