Information is hereby requested for the following: appointment of panel of investors/consultants/developers to provide capital funding and implement turnaround solutions on identified projects on a risk basis. Scope: Sedibeng District Municipality invites the investors to submit information for various innovative projects, including those listed in the municipal Integrated Development Plan (IDP). This is an appointment of prospective developers to plan and attract private investment capital for the implementation of key infrastructure and economic development projects within Sedibeng District Municipality. The intention is to initiate partnerships with key role players in the private sector for the implementation of key strategic catalytic projects in the region, therefore the municipality invites the interested parties as investors for the following projects: • Government Precinct (Feasibility in progress, and available to investors); • Doornkuil land (Pre-Feasibility completed, and available to investors); • Vaal Aerotropolis Project.
