Quotations are hereby invited for the following: Appointment of a reputable, qualified and experienced media buying agency for a period of 12 months. Scope of work: The Agency shall provide the following services: - Development of Media Strategy, plans and policies; - Drafting articles for the media, buying, planning, and securing media platforms for Rand Water to receive most impressions from precise audience at effective cost; - Reviewing the current media protocol; - Buying radio live reads on identified commercial and community radio stations that reach majority of audiences in municipalities and towns where Rand Water operates (provides bulk portable water to). Buying traditional media space to promote Rand Water on commercial TV stations inclusive of SABC; - Creating Campaigns to Build Reputation: Creating positive press for a Rand Water, which involves suggesting news coverage from trusted sources and suggesting decisions to win public approval; - Review Management: Monitor and respond to media reviews and comments promptly and professionally; - Buying traditional media space for TV and print media advertising and utilize paid-for advertising space on Social Media platforms, including but not limited to; Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok and many others that may be relevant for Rand Water to reach a specified target audience.
