The South African Weather Service (SAWS) seeks to appoint a service provider to assist with the reinstallation of its current Head Office in Eco Glades Office Park, Block 1b, Eco Park, Cnr Olievenhoutbosch and Ribbon Grass Streets, Centurion. Scope: Services will include, but will not be limited to the following: - Break down offices which were constructed by SAWS (5 Executive Offices at an estimated measurement of 3m additional walls and glass panels per office); - Replace carpets in these areas if required; - Removing CCTV cameras and Biometric system; - Remove fixtures from the walls, fill the holes and paint the walls; - Remove all white boards attached to the walls; - Remove all blinds from the windows; - Painting of internal walls; (estimated 25 offices including passages on ground floors, estimated offices including passages on 2nd floor 21 and estimated offices including passages on 3rd floor about 13); - Washing of all carpets and tiles; - Fixing door handles; - Removal of doors and glass panels - Removal of external SAWS signage; - Removal of metal gage in ICT store room; - Removal of bandwall’s at Generators and the Diezel Tank area and disposal of rubble; - Removal of satellite cabling going from Datacentre ground floor to building roof; - Assessment and replacement of toilet seats and toilet paper holder’s where necessary (estimated bathrooms 21); - The Bidder will be expected to transport the dismantled items from Eco Glades Office Park, Block 1b, Eco Park, Cnr Olievenhoutbosch and Ribbon Grass Streets, Centurion South African Weather Service to the following address: Irene Weather Office which is situated on the premises of the Agricultural Research Council (ARC), Main Road, Irene, GPS Coordinates: 25°54"42.64"S, 28°12"38.22", Google Maps Plus code: 36Q6+H6 Centurion.
