Scope: The National Library of South Africa (NLSA) requires fair valuation for all heritage collection of approximately 2 million items. Supporting evidence of all fair valuations must be provided in the form of screenshot/pdf format and saved using the NLSA barcode number for audit purposes. A most cost effective fair valuation approach /methodology should be proposed.
