Meals: Breakfast: • Welcome drinks and coffee, • Isibindi nomhlehlo (Liver with fat), • Ulusu (Sheep Tripe and Intestines), • Dombolo (Steamed bread) • Ginger beer drink, Starter: • African salad Umphokoqo with Amasi enkomo, (Maize meal with sour milk or butter milk), • Umfino (Maize meal cooked with cabbage and leafy greens), Dinner Full Buffet: • Umngqusho (Samp and sugar beans), • White samp, • Beef stew, • Umleqwa (Chicken), • Potatoes, • Chakalaka salad, • Pumkin, • Green veg (1), • One soft drink per person, 3.
