Extension of closing date: Proposals are hereby invited for the following: Appointment of a service provider for travel management services. The FP&M SETA requires a service provider for a period of twenty-four (24) months (02 Years) to offer Travel Management Services to the FP&M SETA Staff, Executive and Board members. The successful bidder must be able to offer the SETA the following: a) Provide FP&M SETA with the travel management services that are efficient, consistent, and reliable and will maintain a high level of satisfaction for the traveller in line with the service levels. b) Provide FP&M SETA with a dedicated key account executive that is suitably qualified for the duration of the contract. c) Achieve significant cost savings for FP&M SETA without compromising services tendered. d) Appropriately contain FP&M SETA’s risk and traveller risk.
