Bids are hereby invited for the following: Supply and delivery of weighbridge for a period of 4 months. Specifications: • 60 000kg (60 ton) capacity steel deck weighbridge; • 22 x 3 metres in dimension; • Installation and testing of weighbridge before handover will be the responsibility of the contractor; • The weighbridge to be type approved and verified by a SANAS accredited laboratory in accordance with SANS 1649, the Legal Metrology Act No. 9 of 2014 and the Legal Metrology Regulations, 2018; • Contractor to be accredited in accordance with SANS 10378 and must provide a valid certificate of accreditation; • Contractor to construct all civil related works (i.e: concrete ramps and columns will be responsibility of contractor); • Contractor to provide computer and printer for the tickets.
