Tenders are hereby invited for the provision of general maintenance, cleaning and horticultural service for Majuba UCG project for a period of 5 years as and when required basis. Scope: - Cleaning services is required in the mine building and in two offices on site (farmhouse and control room). Most of the mine building is unoccupied and will only need cleaning occasionally while occupied offices will need weekly cleaning. Activities will include but are not limited to: - General cleaning services such as vacuuming, moping, sweeping, cleaning all surfaces and dusting all areas within the buildings; - Cleaning on public areas such as reception, boardrooms, canteen/cafeteria, brake room, etc; - General office cleaning services and waste removal to localised bins; - All floors to be moped (hard floor) or vacuumed (carpet); - Floor mate to be cleaned/dusted to remove entrained dust; - All tables, desks, chair etc to be wiped and cleaned; - Wash windows and glass door at the entrance; - Dust or clean windowsills, blinds, picture frames, light fixtures and all hard to reach area; - Cleaning of bathrooms, refill and maintain soap dispensers, paper towel dispenser, refill toilet roll holders and ensure toilet cubicles stay clean and hygienic; - Toilet hygiene services to include emptying of toilet bins, clean toilet seat, urinals and toilet bowls; - Cleaning of the kitchens to include washing cutlery and crockery, cleaning the sink, surfaces, fridge and microwave; - Janitorial closet to be kept neat and orderly.
