To act as a compliance officer. • Manage compliance with the PFMA, Council and Sub-committee Charters in relation to meetings and documentation. • Provide input on amendments to organizational policies and procedures. • Advise Council members of new industry developments. • Render any other statutory services as may be requested by Council members and the Director of the Amazwi Museum. • To provide legal opinions to the Council upon request. • To provide legal services to the Council, this includes amongst others, ensuring representation of Council in CCMA, tribunals, Labour Court, High Court, Labour Appeal Court, Supreme Court of Appeal and Constitutional Court. • To provide Council with the litigation register of all cases of the Amazwi Museum. • Monitor the budget of the Council and Sub-committees continuously in consultation with the Council Chairperson. • Provide legal and contract advisory services to Amazwi Museum.
