The KwaZulu-Natal Department of Education invites suitable and capable service providers to bid for the following service: appointment of a service provider for the decommissioning of existing system; supply, installation and maintenance of CCTV and access control at provincial examination printing section, Malgate Building, KwaZulu-Natal Department of Education for a period of three years (36 months) with an extended 2-year post warranty maintenance and repairs. Scope: The DOEPE requires an experienced Service Provider to execute and/or provide the following: • Supply and Install new CCTV System and Access Control (“AC”) system; • Testing and commissioning; • Support and maintenance of the CCTV and BAC solutions and; • Training and documentation.
