Quotations are hereby invited for the following: Deep cleaning of toilets at Sivananda Clinic. Scope: Deep cleaning must be done once a week: - Toilet buildings and floors must be cleaned; - Internal walls must be spot cleaned; - Window handles, window regulators, door handles damped wiped down; - Floors must be stripped, sprayed cleaned, burnished, resealed with non-slip polish and buffed when necessary; - Basins, urinals, sinks, baths must be wet wiped with surface cleaner; - The shower must be disinfected once a week; - All areas must be free of cobwebs. Cleaning of Sanitary bins with red plastic: - Sanitary bins must be washed and disinfected every week for cleansing; - Proper Removal of waste must be maintained; - Rubbish bins (domestic waste) within the toilets must be emptied and damp wiped; - Chemical used for disinfection; Accessories/cleaning Materials: - Supply and fit sensor toilet spray, must be wall mounted with anti-theft brackets; - Toilet spray, and battery must be checked and change when necessary; - Sweet cherry flavour chemical, gem bust chemical, is recommended to give the toilet a good smell.
