Quotations are hereby invited for the following: Renewal of Cibecs Endpoint cloud for a period of 12 months. Scope of work: • Renewal of Cibecs Endpoint Cloud Licenses; • Review and Implementation of backup solution policies; • Allow backups to run successfully in any network and internet connection; • Making sure backup and data loss prevention run successfully (Continuity server, Control Center and User Agent); • Skill transfer to Municipal IT Technicians on Data Endpoint Protection Solution with latest version; • On your Proposal detail how Support and Maintenance for period of 12 months will be carried out and detail rates per KM for travelling for onsite implementation with return kilometres not exceeding 400KM per day; • Configurations (implementation) must be completed in 5 days; • Service Level Agreement to be signed by the municipality and the bidder; • Service provider must be a certified reseller and approved partner of Cibecs; • The duration of the license agreement will be for a period of 12 months.
