Scope of work: The project will be focused on printing and framing of photographs to be supplied by the SABFS which will have to be completed at agreed time frame. Specifications: The service provider should produce efficient and high-quality services in the following areas: - A3 Print & Frame: a. Print 8 X Photographs on 250gsm archival satin paper 2060 x 910mm - approximate size; b. Frame and glass, wood with gold edging 60mm bull nose for montage; c. Size of frame: 57cm – width: 45cm (A3); d. Logo, date, and names to be included on the print; - A0 Print & Frame: a. 1 X full Board members photograph on A0 paper size with 50mm boarder, 250gsm archival grade paper; b. Frame for A0 board members photograph with wood and gold lip: 65mm clear glass; c. Logo, date, and names to be included on the print. They will provide the respective service provider with relevant content.
