Re-advertisement: Proposals are hereby invited for the appointment of a service provider for service and maintenance of high site at Cape Town International Airport and ATNS site for a period of five (5) years. Scope of works: The scope of the work/services to be provided by the contractor is as follows: • Repair of building/mast structure; • Repair of roof structure; • Coating/painting of steel structure; • Non-destructive testing; • Welding; • Work at height (antenna replacement, cable replacement, paint, clean, repair); • Rope access; • Corrosion control; • Cleaning and washing of buildings and masts; • Waterproofing; • Annual compliance audits; • Attendance and reporting to the ATNS FACT Management on an annual basis any significant findings identified; • Transfer skill to the ATNS in-house staff; • The performance of any other ADHOC requirement requested by management on quotation basis.
