Scope: The supplier should perform work as follows: a) Strip and remove chain from the sprocket; b) Strip and remove couplings bolts (two couplings); c) Strip and remove split bearings x 2; d) Remove old shuttle drive shaft; e) Strip and remove drive gearboxes x 2; f) Remove couplings from old gearboxes and install on the new gearboxes; g) Remove old motor x 2, couplings x 2 and brakes x 2; h) Install couplings on the new motor; i) Install new shuttle drive electric motors (7.5kw flange mount x 2) and brakes x 2; j) Install new shuttle drive gearboxes x 2; k) Install new shuttle drive shaft; l) Install two new split bearings and pedestal for 140mm shaft; m) Install new high tensile coupling bolts (M24 x 150mm long) quantity x 24; n) Install and tension shuttle drive chain; o) Clean and lubricate shuttle drive chain x 2 40m long each; p) Test shuttle drive; q) Contractor to supply 90 ton crane and team of riggers for this task; r) install oil circulation piping on both gearboxes.
