Quotations are hereby invited for the following: Provision of defects repairs on 08TF22 for Transnet Port Terminals in Richards Bay. Scope: • The service provider is required to fault find, diagnose and repair all hydraulics functions failure; • Set hydraulic pressures accordingly; • Repair both final drives leakage; • Replace rear windscreen (TPT to supply); • Repair diff oil leak; • Repair all lights; • Supply and fit hoist cylinder U bolts; • Adjust safety chains accordingly; • Repair park braking system; • Adjust brakes accordingly; • Repair all electrical, hydraulic functions; • Replace all hydraulic filters (TPT to supply); • Flush hydraulic system; • Test and commission the machine to pass load test.
