Quotations are hereby invited for the maintenance of swimming pools in East London houses for a period of thirty-six (36) months. The Prestige houses composed of the following of eight (8) facilities at East London, which are listed below: 1. 31 Dawson Street; 2. 1 Gregg Road; 3. 17 Medefindt Road; 4. 103 Epsom Road; 5. 24 Cooper Crescent; 6. 30 Florence Avenue; 7. 37 Arthurstone Road; 8. 14 Salvia Street; 9. 13 Linaria Drive. Maintenance to include all the following activities: • Emptying/cleaning of baskets; • Removing leaves; • Scrub pool; • Backwash and rinse; • Test water; • Balance ph and acid in water; • Add pool chemicals for maintenance (Bidders are expected to supply the required chemicals as part of service and this to be included in the rate); • Supply and delivery of pool cover as per the request of the project manager.
