Bids are hereby invited for the following: Provision of suitable office space for the IDT North West Regional Office based in Mafikeng for an initial period of five years. Specifications: The bid shall include costing for both covered and secured parking and lettable office space requirements as listed below: The office must be accessible by disabled persons and conform to SANS 10400 Part T and S for disabled personas; - The Office must be well secured with visible 24-hour security services and cameras; - The office must provide separate ablution facilities for both male and female and make provision for the disabled person as per Part P and Part S of SANS 10400; - The offices require 300 square meters and must have at least 15 secured covered parking bays all the time (24/7); - Air conditioning must be provided in all tendered space; the maintenance is the responsibility of the bidder; - The offices must be provided with an uninterrupted power supply; - The successful bidder will sign an initial Five (5) years Lease Agreement; - Public transport drop-off no more than 600m away from Taxi/Bus stop.
