Quotations are hereby invited from a suitably qualified service provider to supply and install software for the client’s Veeam Backup & Replication license solution for a period of three (3) years. The service provider must also supply data recovery software. The required licence is Veeam Data Platform Foundation Universal license. The following is required from potential service providers: • Supply and installation of the backup and restore solution, • Provision of backup solution (Veeam backup software) for a period of three years, • Must have the ability to backup windows VMs – Current data size approx. 9TB, • Must backup entire VM and individual files, • Must have option to restore entire VM or data within the VM (as desired), • Must incorporate offsite storage for onsite backups (Replication to offsite storage at the Island from the on-site at Nelson Mandela Gateway), • Automatically daily reporting of backups and current state, • Vendor will be responsible for end-to-end implementation of solution (including supply and installation), • 2 x Disaster recovery tests must be conducted annually, therefore a total of 6 x disaster recovery tests must be conducted in three (3) years, • Training needs to cater for 3 Staff, • Documentation to be provided by vendor on completion of the project.
