Scope of work: The Client is looking for a suitable service provider to locate cable fault, dig to expose, repair, and pressure test and connect HV single core cable at Neptune-to-Neptune take-off 132KV substation. NB: The criticality of this job is very urgent; they are running with one phase if failed NPTA, Bidvest, Meerensee and Mzingazi will be off which affect revenue of the CoU and South Africa. Substation name and cable length: - Neptune-Neptune take-off, length: 1500m, cable type and size: 800mm² Single core XLPE copper (132KV). The Cou will provide the following material: - 1 x 800mm XLPE single core joint kit complete (132 KV); - 1 x 800mm copper Ferrule round (132 KV); - 1 x 800mm copper lug round (132 KV); - 1 x 800mm XLPE single core termination kit complete (132 KV); - NB: The CoU will provide a 800mm XLPE cable.
