Quotations are hereby invited for the appointment of a service provider to provide Organisational Development (OD) support in the form of facilitation and coordination services for the Lesotho Highlands Water Project (LHWP) team effectiveness implementation plan for 12 months. The service provider will provide virtual facilitation and coordination services towards the effective implementation, monitoring and reporting of the team effectiveness implementation plan. Extensive liaison is required with the key stakeholders who are as follows: - The RSA Delegation, especially the Chief Delegate (6 Delegates); - The Maseru Office staff (9 staff members); - HR&OD, specifically the HRBP and the Senior Manager: CoE, HR&OD. The services required are as follows: - Expert Facilitation Services for discussions, team meetings and workshops to achieve the objectives set out in the implementation plan; - Project Coordination services to ensure effective communications and the scheduling of meetings and workshops; - Report writing services arising from meetings and workshops and the resolutions taken therefrom; - Monitoring of team effectiveness plan implementation with RSA delegates and Maseru Office staff; - Change Management Plan Development and Implementation; - Business Plan development; - Job Profile Development for all Roles in the LHWP; - Performance Management Policy and Procedure Implementation.
