Re-advertisement of contract number RFQ 659: Quotations are hereby invited from service providers for the Installation of Chiller Water Airconditioning and Ventilation – Mezzanine Level. Scope of Work • Supply and install chilled water AC and Ventilation equipment: - 2 x chilled water under ceiling hideaway units sized to provide cooling for and office area of 75m² (standard ceiling height) with an average occupancy of 6 people, - 1 x wall mount fan coil unit for and office area of 5m² (standard ceiling height), - All required ducting and adjustable diffusers for the supply of air conditioning to the office spaces identified, - Ventilation fan / system for the introduction of fresh air, - All electrical requirements to the equipment. • Install all required equipment: - Responsible for the live chilled water tie in, inclusive of the installation of isolation valves and all pipe brackets and lagging, - Making good on all civil works because of creating wall penetrations etc. • Commission/Handover - On completion, handover a fully completed and functional cooling and ventilation system for the new office space making good on all ceiling panels that was removed during the required work, - Provide COCs for all electrical works/installations.
