Specifications: The Municipality wishes to appoint a provider to train their employees, a total of 70 employees and EPWP employees, on Kerb laying on Tar roads and paving. The Total of 70 will be split in 3 groups (Group 1 - 25; Group 2 - 25 and Group 3 - 20) people for operational requirements. Training should cover the following outcomes: 1. Technique of constructing pre cast kerbing and concrete channels. 2. The preparation of bedding to receive kerbs. 3. The laying of concrete kerbs. 4. The construction of in-situ concrete channels. 5.
