Tenders are hereby invited for the following: Provision of pest control management services as and when required for the period of 36 months (as and when required). Scope of work and deliverables: • The successful Service Providers shall furnish all supervision, labour, materials, and equipment necessary to accomplish the monitoring, trapping, pesticide application, pest removal and disposal, • The successful Service Providers shall also provide detailed, site-specific recommendations for structural and procedural modifications to aid in pest prevention, • The service providers shall use of environmentally friendly methods to control pests in all municipal offices (This will enable work to be done during normal working hours), • The service providers shall minimize the negative impact that may be caused by the pest control services on the environment, • The service providers are required to use the relevant method of pest control in each environment. For example; gel application, spray and etc, • The service providers shall be required on a monthly basis to put measures to control Indoor and outdoor populations of rodents by setting up rodent station as identified by the municipality, • The service providers shall affix water resistant service note on tamper-proof bait station that must be updated (as and when required) on service intervals.
