Re-advertisement: Bids/Quotations are hereby invited for the appointment of a service provider to facilitate problem solving process, mediation and relationship building process between staff members within the Communication, Marketing and SHR. Council for Medical Schemes requires reputable and experienced service providers to submit their quotation to facilitate problem solving process, management empowerment, and relationship building process between staff members within a business unit per the following specifications: - The first step would be to diagnose the problem areas in the working relationship and to agree on mutually acceptable solutions; - Give individuals an equal opportunity to express their views on how they relate to each other firstly as a team, secondly, in relation to their supervisor, and how the supervisor relates to the team; - Facilitate an inclusive relationship building sessions between the parties and separately where possible, in respect of amongst others their roles expectations and adherence to CMS values (3 face-to-face and 3 virtual); • The use of a neutral facilitator who will help to identify the root cause in the relationship and the underlying causes; • Ensure that the relevant personnel are equipped on how to manage and interact as a team; • Ensure that the team members understand their role within the unit; • A report with recommendations (Not more than 5 Pages). The successful service provider will be required to commence with the project immediately after appointment and the project period will not exceed two (2) months from date of appointment (3 face-to-face sessions and 3 Virtual sessions).
