Quotations are hereby invited for the following: Psychometric assessments and Background checks for 12 months. Scope of work: The appointed service provider will be responsible for the following activities: • The design and customisation of assessment tools and techniques in accordance with KZNGFA guidelines; • Conduct assessments with recommended candidates from the interview; • Compile individual reports with developmental plan (if any) and feedback report to the panel on the assessment outcomes; • Provide psychometric assessments and background checks at different organisational levels including but not limited to Executive, Senior Management and Middle Management and any other level as and may be requested. The Background checks: • Grade 12 / Matric verification; • Relevant academic qualification/s verification (SA & International); • Professional membership verification; • Criminal record verification – is this the SAPS verification?; • Identity number & citizenship verification; • Social Media Activities / Profiles report; • Credit bureau verification if necessary (ITC); • Employment Reference verification.
