Re-Advertisement of Tender ID-2241969: Proposals are hereby invited for the following: Provision of exhibition, branding and related services (including equipment) for the March 2025 & 2026 Proudly South African Buy Local Summit & Expo for a 2-year period. Scope: Event: The Annual Proudly South African Buy Local Summit and Expo will be hosted at the Sandton Convention Centre, Johannesburg on 17th and 18th March 2025 and will provide exposure to the exhibiting companies as part of the Proudly SA member benefits and other local manufacturers (non-member companies) to attend the two-day event; • Approximately 200 exhibitors are targeted to participate in the Proudly SA Buy Local Expo. Five hundred public day visitors, 600 SMME delegates, and 600 delegates and leaders from the business sector, government, labour and the wider community will be invited to the two-day Buy Local Summit; • Platforms that are targeted to market and promote the pre-event, during and post-event, will include: - Radio (outside broadcasts); - Television (outside broadcasts, live crossings); - Extensive Social Media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram; - Advertising through various stakeholders’ and strategic partners’ marketing platforms; - Print media.
