Specifications: 1. Grass cutting activities must be completed within 5 (five) days during weekdays only from Monday to Friday, 2. Grass to be cut at a minimum length of 10mm using brush cutter and lawnmower, 3. Edging around street poles, bollards, trees, etc to be done with brush cutter with nylon line cutting action, 4. Raking of grass/debris, leaves and clearing of shrubs and weeds inside the specified area, 5. Cleaning/litter picking inside the specified area to be done to the satisfaction of an official, 6. Except for cutting inside the substation yards, a two (2) meter perimeter cut around the outside of the substation yard must be cut clean of grass and overgrown where applicable, 7. Where access roads are present, a three (3) meters area on either side of the road must be cut along the length of the road and edges must be neatly maintained, 8. The responsible person must be on site at all times to oversee the operation, 9. Contractor and his staff including the supervisor must attend induction training before they can start working.
