Scope: The supplier should perform replacement of return idler brackets as follows: 1. Fabricate 500 off return idler brackets; 2. Remove the old and damaged return idler brackets; 3. Prepare clean the rusted areas, paint for new installation; 4. Install the brackets with the idlers using M12 x 50mm bolts and nuts with two flat washers on each bolt (torque all the bolts) 5.
