Quotations are hereby invited for the following: Appointment of a service provider to provide hygiene services for the National Lotteries Commission for head office and eight (8) provincial offices for a period of sixty (60) months. Scope of work: 1. Fumigation/Pest control: - Fumigate Head Office and eight (8) Provincial Offices with the chemicals that are harmless to humans, and as and when requested by NLC; - Ad hoc fumigation with relevant paste or pesticides as and when required; 2. Supply, installation, and maintenance (including re-filling) of dispensers; 3. Weekly servicing and safety disposal of all bins (including SHE Bins); 4.
