The U.S. Consulate Cape Town requires the replacement of damaged granite façade on the base of the Consulate Buildings located at 2 Reddam Road, Westlake, Tokai. The work entails removal of all damaged granite cladding and replacing this with new granite cladding that matches as close as possible to the existing granite cladding in thickness, colour and texture. The contractor shall also make allowance for sealing the gaps in between the existing and replaced granite cladding with a Sikaflex sealant that matches the colour of the surrounding sealant.
