There were 14 board members and 6 Audit Committee members, - ECSECC solicits SANAS-accredited verification agency to conduct B-BBEE Assessment in compliance with section 13G (1) of the B-BBEE Act and issue a B-BBEE certificate, - The B-BBEE certificate must be based on the audited financial statements for the year ending March 2024.
