Re-advertisement: Formal written price quotations are hereby invited for the following: Appointment of recognised and accredited Sage/Pastel partner for maintenance and support services for its current Pastel evolution software system including upgrades and enhancement to the existing modules and functionality use at Western TVET College for a period of three (3) years. Specifications: Western TVET College (WESTCOL) seeks to procure services from a recognised and accredited SAGE/Pastel accredited partner maintenance and support services for its current Pastel Evolution financial software system including upgrades and enhancement to the existing modules and functionality use. The RFQ for the appointment of a suitable service provider to support and maintain the current version of Pastel Evolution including upgrades and implementation of additional modules as and when required for a period of three (3) years. The Scope of this project is to appoint a service provider able to assist Western TVET College (WESTCOL) to support and maintain its current implemented system that meet the minimum specifications: The service provider must: - Demonstrate adequate capacity to support, maintain, upgrade and implement new modules as and when required, - Able to provide ad hoc and related services as and when required, Service provider should be able to provide substantial evidence demonstrating customer, maintenance and software support, - Provide ongoing and monthly support as when required. Deliverables: • Current upgrade of the current version to the latest Pastel software available, • Implementation of the following modules: - Fixed Assets to be GRAP complaint, - Budgeting, • Assisting with the development, testing of required ad hoc customised requests and reports to support the College approved policies, • Training of all financial staff as and when required to ensure optimal use of the functionality of the different modules, • Assist in resolving integration and support on third party interfaces as and when required, • Service provider to review effectiveness of existing configuration and settings when requested to improve use of functionality and m in achieving total integration of all modules.
