Scope of work: DBSA seeks to appoint a single service provider who must successfully supply, install, configure, service, maintain and implement an integrated audio-visual solution according to industry best practices, standards, processes, and methodologies consisting of the MS Teams Rooms system, the MS Teams Rooms Management and Booking system and the Audio-Visual Management system. The scope covers the following room types located at the DBSA Main Campus in Midrand: - Vulindlela Academy Auditorium; - Adjacent Training Rooms to the Vulindlela Academy Auditorium; - DBSA Vulindlela Innovation Hub; - Personal Boardroom of the Chairperson; - Personal Boardroom of the Chief Executive Officer; - Group Executive Meeting Rooms; - Main Boardroom of the Chairperson (for integration purposes only); - Main Boardroom of the Executives (for integration purposes only); - DBSA Main Auditorium (for integration purposes only); - Glass Marquee Auditorium (for integration purposes only); - Centre Core Meeting Rooms; - Meetings Rooms located in the 4 Wings of the DBSA Main Campus. The scope also covers the supply, configuration, testing and operation of a mobile audio sound system for indoor use only.
