Arrange and conduct pre-screening interviews with possible potential candidates and draft a recommendation report on each, 5. Supply RIM with a minimum of 5 shortlisted candidates for each position, 6. Facilitate and/or work with RIM Team to draft and prepare the interview questions and interview schedule, 7. Conduct formal interviews with possible potential candidates where required, 8. Conduct background checks (vetting, ID, criminal, qualifications) for successful candidates, 9. Conduct psychometric testing where required, 10. Inform successful and unsuccessful applicants of the recruitment process outcomes, 11.
