Quotations are hereby invited for the following: Appointment of a service provider to provide a costing and pricing model to determine the tariff model for advertising space on the buses. The scope of work for the service provider includes, but is not limited to, the following tasks: • Comply with Section 74 of the Municipal Systems Act 32 of 2000, • Incorporate City of Johannesburg strategic priorities, • Conduct a thorough analysis of the current market for bus advertising, • Assess demand trends and potential for advertising on buses, • Identify all cost components associated with bus advertising including production and installation of advertising, maintenance and removal costs and operational costs, • Create a dynamic pricing model that incorporates different pricing tiers based on bus routes, time slots, and ad sizes taking into account seasonal variations and peak demand periods, • Analyze the potential return on investment (ROI) for advertisers, • Develop clear and actionable recommendations for tariff structures, • Comparison of costs between services been provided in house vs services been outsourced, • Detailed submission to Board of Directors of Metrobus.
